Key Responsibilities:
- Manufacturing Processes: Supervise metal industry manufacturing processes, including bending and welding. Ensure efficient and high-quality production processes.
- QC: quality control of incoming materials, row materials as well.
- Quality Assuarance Strategy: Responsible for the quality of the production including the whole production process.. Analyze the quality problems.
- participation in the implementation of iso 9001
- Start to measuring the quality improvment and following CI
- Supervision and Development of Employees: Oversee a team of 15-18 employees, ensuring effective work organization, motivation, and growth opportunities. Ensure high-performance levels among team members.

- preferably in the manufacturing industry or within the metal sector.
- Proficiency in spoken and written Romanian and Hungarian or English languages.
- In-depth knowledge of metal industry manufacturing processes, including bending, welding and surface treatment (cleaning,painting,etc)
- Excellent communication skills.
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing circumstances..
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
